This flower was shot in my garden this morning with a Canon 40D and a 100mm macro lens.
Approximately every minute one photo was taken for over an hour. I don't have anything to do that automatically, so i had to press the button myself.
The colors were enhanced in Lightroom and later on imported into Adobe Premiere Pro.
Unlike the weather forecast, it was already a bit windy, making the flower move a little bit. And due to the many clouds, the shades and colors do vary quite a lot. I did however also use a reflective screen to soften the shadows.
