Walking the Walk Alumni Service at Henry Got Crops and Share

On September 2, 2010, Walking the Walk Alumni gathered at Henry Got Crops, a Weavers' Way Co-Op and CSA, to glean the crops that would ordinarily go to waste when those that would usually harvest them aren't around. The WTW Alumni then helped package and bring the crops to Share food pantry, where they were stored in refrigerators for later distribution to those in need. During the middle of the day, those observing Ramadan took time to share about what their fasting means to them.
