Dingiswayo is originally from Zimbabwe. Dingiswayo’s own interest in other African cultures has lead to him learning to play the West African djembe in South Africa, which he is now performing and teaching across the country, spreading a message of unity through diversity. He wishes South Africans could see for themselves the true wealth of diverse human resources right in their own nation.

Directed, shot and edited by Canadian filmmaker, Sarah Van Borek, in Cape Town, South Africa (2008), following the wave of xenophobia violence of South Africa in May 2008. Featured in the global event 'The Reel Pan-AfriCAN SoundsCAPE' (Oct. 2008) that linked audiences in Canada and South Africa in 'creative conversation' using film, music, dance and dialogue.
