On Mother's Day in 2010, Dallas Braden wore a pink ribbon to acknowledge mothers and the fight against breast cancer, and then went out and threw a perfect game - 27 up, 27 down, with no walks, hits nor errors.

It was only the 21st perfect game in Major League Baseball history and Braden's epic performance was observed by his grandmother who attended the game. The story resounded throughout the Bay Area - a local feat.

At the last home game of the 2010 season, the Oakland Athletics gave 10,000 fans this Dallas Braden Perfect Game Bobblehead doll.

Sadly, the likelihood that the A's are leaving Oakland, and that we all know it, left attendance stripped ... it was like watching the end of the Oakland A's. The A's may be leaving Oakland within the next two years. I think this doll is going to be a very valuable one.

I'm a Giant fan. But I respect this achievement. Mine is for sale for $3,000.00 to any true A's fan - and yes, you'll have to prove it.
