Excellent job on the edit. One of the problem with the tiny depth of field is avoiding it looking like its "hunting". You have kept it flowing so it feels like you are being pulled through the story by the point of focus.

A lot of scenes for that 1 hour - the benefit of your minimalist approach. All the choices are then artistic ones.
