Eight cities, hundreds of HDI members, and one speaker. It started as a little idea early in the year by Bren Boddy Thomas of the HDI Western region, a speaking tour of the West coast, which snowballed into a combination visit with the HDI Executive Forum in Dallas Texas!

IT Support professionals have had their fill of speakers and meetings, they were demanding more. With their votes, all eight cities have selected topics from “Selecting an ITSM vendor and not getting burned” to “Enabling Support via Social & New Media”
