In this episode, I'll try a tea with a twist, for the adult viewers (which hopefully is all of you). I was told I HAD to try this earl grey martini, where tea is infused into gin for 3 hours, then mixed with simple syrup, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and an egg white. As it turns out, it's amazing. Since I'm sure you'll want to try it yourself, here's the recipe:

1 1/2 oz. Earl Grey infused Gin (infuse 14 teabags of earl grey tea for 3 hours in a 1.75L bottle of Tanqueray gin)
1 oz. simple syrup (1 part water, 1 part sugar)
3/4 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 egg white
