This is another Processing experiment, using the volume of an MP3 (in this case, my song "Europa Hotel") to control the size of the rendered particle graphic (which is just a lens flare). I think it's rather lovely.

I like the glow effect around the particles. Are they moving in 3 or 2 dimentions ? If they do move in 3 dimentions then I wonder how you did this glow effect ...

You know what's weird? It's just a graphic of a Photoshop lens flare that's like 100x100. They don't actually glow, they've just got an alpha of like 100 and their *size* is based on the volume of the MP3. As they get bigger, they look like they're getting brighter.

It's all 2D. I'm just starting to mess with 3D tonight.
