This is a workout designed for Nyack Fitness.
The workout is Push Ups, Squats, Hanging Knee Ups, Bent Over Row. This video shows all modified versions of these exercises.
Perform each exercise for one minute, then move on to the next exercise. after the last exercise take a 1 min. break.
repeat 3 times. Try to perform as many reps as you can in each min. and record the reps on piece of paper, this only takes a few seconds between exercises.
