Burning coal is endangering our health, polluting the air and water, and making global warming worse. In Australia, the big four retail banks ( ANZ, Commonwealth Bank, National Australia Bank and Westpac ) are the biggest financiers of the coal industry. The first step to a clean energy future is to stop building new coal power stations. To become responsible corporate citizens, the banks need to stop financing polluting coal power and instead shift investment to renewable energy. Let the big four banks know that you want them to stop financing polluting coal power.
