The theme for the second annual Twenty 120 festival, curated by Connor Swegle, was Truth Vs Deception. Keeping in line with the spirit of  Twenty120, a select group of twenty directors were invited to create films, interpreting the theme as they choose.  The films first screened in New York in Mid-June at Promax/BDA in New York with a Los Angeles Screening on July 17.

“Truth Vs Deception”, or the interpretation of, is dealing with the idea of perceived reality and how it relates to ones own self image and time. Looking at moments of how we see or perceive our mirrored images and the struggles that each face within that moment in time.

Self perception. Inner conflict. A constant struggle with both sides at war. No side ever wins the war but merely gains a temporary victory.
