That little scream in the subway was awesome. I thought this was pretty great. Neat effect. Took me a sec to realize it was like, .5 seconds of video being looped.

Not too bad, at times you could definitely tell that he was not a part of the scene. meaning, he did not integrate well.

It might have been nice to do a little rotoscoping and have someone walk in front of him or something. I think that would have sold the illusion a bit more.

He isn't composited in; I'm pretty sure this is pixilation (stop motion, but animating people). This video vimeo.com/629905 is full of examples, gives an explanation and step by step how it's made. In French...
