My son was a Charlie Guide with the BSA in '09 He wants to go back next year after a year working near Detroit. After seeing your video I totally understand. Is the BSA aware of your work? Talk about exposure to their Northern Tier program. Sounds like a good match!

Yep, all from a canoe. 2 guys paddling and I was in the front. I'd line up the shot, have them paddle for a bit, then stop so we were able to glide. A bit challenging but it worked out.

The over exposed sun is magic... It's like the lake is burning... some shot you could stabilize... and maybe slow down a bit.

this is incredible. i worked at an outfitter on seagull for four seasons and recently moved to california... feelings of nostalgia for canoe country led me to your video. especially loved the ending shot of the hjordis sailing in grand marais harbor. absolutely incredible.
