Stayed the weekend down at Kingscliff and one of the activities was Humpback whale watching.
The boat wasn't allowed any closer than 400 meters from them but they seem just as interested in us as we were to them.
Got heaps of video of sky and ocean over that afternoon and this is what was in between.
They must have been easy prey for the whalers before the slaughtering of them was banned.
