Gillian bit into a Timmy's gingerbread man and it must have knocked out a wiggly tooth. Down the hatch it went, and it was the thought that the tooth fairy (perhaps Munsch's motorcycle tooth fairy...?) wouldn't get the tooth which was causing her so much discomfort.
