Time-lapse video of Democracy melting away.

Artists Ligorano/Reese made this video to document their installation "The State of Things" in 2006 on the third anniversary of the Iraq War. The installation took place at Jim Kempner Fine Art in New York City.

Now Ligorano/Reese are recreating this important work on a larger scale during the conventions in Denver and St. Paul. These projects are part of BrushFire, Provision Library's Public Art Program and cosponsored by MCA DENVER and The UnConvention in St. Paul.
