    I love Karel Appel! I have been looking for this video for sometime now. He was incredibly violent but wanted his painting to reflect that of the innocence of children's paintings. Thanks so much for the video!

    If you think it looks like he's just randomly doing something, think again...and realize... yes he's just randomly doing something. But remember when an artist like Appel is randomly doing something his talent is guiding him.
