Atheists are not that bad!
This is not an argument for atheism. It is a defense of atheists.

James Randi said this video was "very cool!"
Michael Shermer said it was "very impressive."
Penn & Teller said, "If a god existed, this video would make him wish he were dead."
Dan Barker (author of "Losing Faith in Faith") said it was "very creative and powerful" and that it "makes a GREAT point!"
Greg Epstein (the Humanist Chaplain of Harvard University) said "it's a wonderful video!"
Stephen Ulh (author of "Imagine No Superstition") said that this video was "just wonderful for the cause of atheism."
David Mills (author of "Atheist Universe") said "I am absolutely addicted to watching this fabulous video, which has almost instantly become a legend in the freethought community. Zak has created the most intellectually and emotionally powerful multimedia presentation I've ever seen endorsing the atheist position. This is a proud moment for all rational-minded people. Atheist books can have wide-reaching influence, but I strongly suspect that Zak's video will influence a much larger audience than any atheist book ever published. The first few times I watched this video, I literally had tears in my eyes by the end. The artistic talent and technical skills required to write and produce this video -- as well as its core message -- have made Zachary Kroger my newest freethought hero. I'm not surprised at the HUGE reaction Zak's video has generated."
This video (among others) was also mentioned in the November 4th New York Times article "God and Man on YouTube."
Nobelief.com said this was "the best video of 2006."
It currently is the 13th most discussed video of all time on YouTube.

" "An atheist has to know a lot more than I know." In reply to a question in 1996 about his religious beliefs, Sagan answered, "I'm agnostic." Sagan maintained that the idea of a creator of the universe was difficult to prove or disprove and that the only conceivable scientific discovery that could challenge it would be an infinitely old universe." - Wikipedia
Even being suspicious about God, is a need of human conscious. What I believe is this: The problem is in, where we are looking to see if there is god or not, "where is he and in what form if he exists etc.." And of course when we find most of the answers as nonsense, we may have a decision about he doesn't exist. Also you don't have a proof for he doesn't exist. For example feelings are something that you don't see but they are there isn't it?
Certainly I don't believe the god that is commonly taught us until 20th century (and may be still). God is something that strongly some people don’t prefer us to believe too. Also same people don’t prefer humans to think either! God is not changing than what was before but it is something that we (humans) couldn't name before and still. Science wasn't and still isn't enough to know more about it, but simply could you believe before that "time is relative" and can be different according to observers’ situations?(it is 5 minues for me but for you it's years.) "Can you ever think that even there may be a place exists that has no time at all? " Or with quantum mechanics law, don't the same scientists says that “everything (including universe) is made up of same thing and everything seems to be a holographic reflection of the whole" So how can one defers eactohter as humans, trees or stars. Some of them are proven some of are still in theory but certainly it goes somewhere else which goes well with my own belief.
Don't believe in "a god that other people describes" they are all different ideas and also don't reject as you don't find any good reason or evidence to believe. But collect all information you feel you can trust and bring your own imagination with an open heart to discover more everyday and yes be suspicious about what everything is proven also. For me this is the way of human believes to be pure. If you feel it, don't try to name it, if you don't feel, still you are good, don't force it or don't call people as believers or not believers.
I don't separate people as atheist or theist, nobody can blame people whether they believe or not cause I believe all is a part of the whole. There wouldn't be something right or wrong if we knew all the answers. It is just the ones's decision about what to believe, so I also show respect any idea which is suspicious but just prefer to own my own.
no religious person has ever provided anything concrete for their claims about "god" in the history of humanity, therefore i don't accept or respect their claims any more than i would someone who claimed the universe exists in it's entirety inside the anus of an unimaginably huge pink unicorn being ridden by winnie the pooh.
the major problem i have is that there are a lot of these people and because they make claims that what they believe comes from the highest authority and they bow before this imaginary dictator every waking moment they end up attempting to force what they believe upon everyone else, believer or not. this is unacceptable, especially when it's being done through politics and laws are being passed which require children to be taught that these lies are in fact the truth and if they don't believe they'll be punished for eternity.
the people who push beliefs which are based in ABSOLUTELY NOTHING on people are despicable and i sincerely hope that as we evolve this kind of stupidity ends up where it belongs, in the past.

As a result, I decided to remove him, with hopes that the point of the video would then be more apparent.

The real reason is because Einstein often says things where "god" means the laws of the universe. For example, "I believe in Spinoza's God who reveals himself in the orderly harmony of what exists, not in a God who concerns himself with the fates and actions of human beings." As well as things like "The idea of a personal God is an anthropological concept which I am unable to take seriously."
So it's easy to use one quote or the other, and claim he was an atheist, deist, pantheist, etc.
