25. J+J=BFF Love Story/SDE

It seems like forever ago that we put Jean and Jay in our car, piled bags and bags of gear on top of them, handed Jay a goldfish bowl and drove down a bumpy dirt road. We were in search of the perfect spot to document them telling the stories of the events that changed their lives forever. The hardest part about shooting this love story was containing OUR emotions, behind the camera. We laughed… hard, we cried tears of joy and we ate cupcakes… who could ask for anything more!

Shade Tree Films 1 year ago We use mostly Canon L-Series Primes and a couple zoom lenses. Mostly 35, 16-35, 100 macro, 70-200.

Shade Tree Films 1 year ago Steal our tricks, you can have them!:) We shoot interviews with a few different lenses. This one was a 35mm and 16-35mm but right now we shoot interviews with 35mm, 85mm, 70-200mm, 100mm, 135mm. Our fav's are the 35mm, 85mm, and the 135mm... we like our primes.
