David and I met at our 5-year Stanford reunion in October of 2007. We shared some romance that weekend. Afterwards, he went back to New York and I stayed in San Francisco, spawning a rich, sexy, multimedia long-distance correspondence. The first time we ever videoskyped, I video-captured a snippet of our conversation without telling him, and then posted it on YouTube, making it visible only to him. He Loved it. He said he watched it so many times, he memorized the lines. I said, “Oh yea? Prove it. Next time we videoskype, let's do the exact same scene with each of us doing opposite parts.” So we did. And I video-captured it again. Armed with these two video-captures, I was playing around for a sec, and this is what happened.
A final note: these two captures, separately, are part of a larger multimedia reality web show about the trajectory of our long-distance relationship (think reality TV meets web TV meets lifecasting meets Love, kinda). It’s called “this might be a Love story,” but you’ll have to wait and see.
