Stealing Sheep & New York based Art student Rivkah Gevinson began an online collaboration for a new short film featuring Tavi Gevinson earlier this year. Inspired by Stealing Sheep's first official EP release 'what if the lights went out' and Rivkah's first short 'Chalk' they combine forces to present a new film (currently untitled). The film is an artistic exploration of childhood nostalgia, reflecting on a random series of childish antics. This observational visual journey is led by Tavi’s character (an amalgamation of Margot Tenenbaum & Amélie Poulain) as she sets about her day. The film utilizes the musical ear of UK based band Stealing Sheep who capture a gentle freak-folkloric soundtrack for the film.
