I understood most of that, its like creating templates or actions in photoshop, you update the scripting of the programme to see itself as you design it to see itself. The throwing in the bin caught me off guard, are you saying that once an instance or once the presence of sampler/simpler have been seen in the defaults directory, that the defaults will remember that event and so you can then throw out the instance of the instrument that you dropped into the defaults folder?
