Well, the best way to relate to it is to look at the action scenes shot in Saving Private Ryan. When you use an 11 degree shutter angle there is little to no motion blur giving you a crisp image with fast movement. For example seeing everu spec of dirt fly in the air during an explosion is typcially done with a low shutter degree. An average camera shoots at 180 degrees and would have motion blur for the same shot.

I shot another video using the 11 degree shutter angle. It was for the long beach grand prix, you'll notice you can see the details of the rims on the cars when they are going 60 mph. If I used 180 degrees they would be blurred.
