This video introduces Fluid's new kayak, the large Detox. Showing our team paddlers in their heroic exploits around the globe is always a great eye-candy, but in fact not 100% relevant when you're on the market looking for your next kayak. So we tried something a bit different here.
When designing the Detox, we had the class II-III-IV whitewater paddler in mind, the river runner looking for a fun, versatile and safe boat to paddle most everyday, everywhere.
This is what we're showing in this video: the main features of the Large Detox on a class II-III whitewater park. In fact the Detox combines the benefits of a playboat (flat hull for great surfs and a loose feel, rails for good carving and dynamic eddy turns) with the deck and volume of a river runner (more room and comfort, more safety, good resurfacing ability...).

In the hands of good paddlers, the Detox will definitely be seen on steep class IV-V rivers, hucking waterfalls and running the gnar. This boat is such a formidable river runner. But for the most part our aim was to put a big grin on your face when paddling class III runs. And we're confident that it will! Try one ;-)
