This was not quite Fran as rx'd pull-ups were chest to bar. I tore the heck out of my hands and didn't know if I would be able to participate in Sunday's workout. I did pretty well considering the fact that most other people with sub 3 Fran's added anywhere from 1.5 to 2 minutes to this workout. I only added 47 seconds so not too bad. I ended up finishing 2nd in this heat and had the 3rd fastest time overall.
