Totally didn't see this one coming. It was the perfect blend of weight-lifting and gymnastic combined with the right amount of reps and rounds to allow high intensity throughout. Round 4 is where it really kicked in and things started to slow down. I dropped the bar on the fifth rep during the 1st and 3rd rounds which was not allowed. (you had to put the bar down after every rep). It probably caused me the heat. Finished in 2:46.
