Incredible imagery mate.
So many moments of PURE AWE
Thanks for showing.
1. A stunning and mesmorising timelapse - absolutely amazing.
2. Tom Lowe's comment - high and well deserved praise indeed.
I particularly loved the astro sequences; what can you say for 2'52?
primordial
More! more!
Amazing that you can get those space shots!
Thank you for posting this.
Thank you so much for sharing this!
all shot on Canon DSLR's, mostly 40d and 5d2.
Cheers
M
I hope you had as much fun making this as I did watching (over and over)!
And all commenting viewers love it. So some critic now :-)
Stars rotating, tide moving, clowds flowing - it is not enough for me. The landscape is as it is - you can't chnage it for purpose of film making. But I miss more landscape features. I also miss some story here. Even if it were to be transition story, something more coherent than I see. Especially after creation like, for instance, from Tome Lowe.
However - yes - I like it, over all :-D
BTW, have you been to out Cameimage in Łódź when you to receive Golden Frog for "Salt"? This is my home town :-D
Unfortunately the festiva has left our city this year although we hope it will be back someday.
So - greetings from Łódź, Poland!
Can't wait to see the whole version of Salt.
What's interesting is to see that the stars go the other way than here :)
Greetgins from Poland.
Unfortunately imported into after effects at 30fps and edited in FCP at 25fps. It's on the list of things to fix, but that's quite a bit of work as all the edit points will be out
After effects has the import fps in preferences not in the project setup or composition settings...we learn these things the hard way :)
best of luck with the work - great stuff!
Are those "tides" really just the wind? And there's a shot of the horizon with stars screaming past - how long was that lens?
Anyway, STUNNING work.
