Ethiopia is the unofficial distance running capital of the world. Its capital city, Addis Ababa, is more than 7,500 feet above sea level, and the thin air makes training there a challenge. In this video, Doug goes for a run at historic Meskel Square, where many up and coming Ethiopian runners train.
