The City of Ottawa Kansas' Police Department holds a DARE camp for area 5th grade children who participated in the DARE program. The camp allows children many opportunities to understand that drugs and alcohol are not necessary to have fun. The camp is held each year at Timberlakes Retreat for 3 days.
