Besides the 4500 people from 197 nations here in Cape Town for the Third Lausanne Congress on World Evangelization, an estimated 100,000 more are gathering in hundreds of sites around the world, participating in the Congress electronically. However, in the opening hours of the Congress, the Internet presence was attacked by millions of hits, essentially shutting GlobaLink down. Two Indian cousins from Bangalore were here as volunteers, they had a unique expertise in this form of cyber attack and within hours, fixed the connection. It's a great story.
