    Beautiful... I'd love to see this used for modulating audio. I feel like I can see letters at certain points :)

    Is this looking down on something lit from above, or is it projected and lit from below?

    its a bit of a mix, but mostly filmed looking down at refractions, whilst being lit from above/side...

    This is so cinematic! When they first started making movies, it was seen as an extension of theater. But this is more than solid bodies in empty space. It's a moving image.
