Martin, Laura and I created an entry for the Vimeo Weekend Project.
The idea was to place a camera in a non-traditional place without the aide of a tripod or a cameraman in order to tell a story. We bent a the rules a little, because that's why rules are made.
This is certainly not the world's first DogCam, but it is one of the finest. V1.0 was built using a hiking harness with a boxing glove strapped atop and a Canon 7D tied down to that. The idea was to keep the camera up high and make the whole contraption as comfortable as possible, but it was too floppy and top heavy. V2.0 got rid of the glove and added a soft handkerchief under the lens.
If the Blair Witch Project wasn't your thing, you may throw up. Sorry in advance.
