Shapeshifter: city/Adelaide is a temporary site specific public art installation by Adelaide artist Annalise Rees. Supported by the Adelaide City Council through their public art program, Visy Recycling, Rexel, Osram and Bauhaus for the Fringe Festival 2010. Located on Rundle Street, Adelaide, South Australia March 2010. Annalise's practice is predominantly sculptural and installation based, grounded in drawing with a profound interest in process and the language of materials. Her work explores relationships between place and identity using a variety of materials, and is strongly influenced by the built environment. Shapeshifter: city/Adelaide received two Fringe Award nominations.
