•The management of impacted ureteric stones can be problematic. Often, mucosal oedema distal to the impacted stone impedes access to these stones and makes access difficult.
Antegrade ureteroscopy is a technique for extraction of impacted ureteric stones. This video presents our experience of using percutaneous access in conjunction with a prototype flexible antegrade ureteroscope for the extraction of impacted upper and mid ureteric stones.
