    How are you generating the noise? I see three wires comming out of pins 2,3 and 4 of the digital output, but thats not enough to be generating that range of noises is it?

    yups - red wire = right channel, blue = left channel, black = ground

    The program uses a 'bit-banging' technique, toggling the output pins high and low to create the squarewave output.
