In 1866, John A. Macdonald was drunk. Canada's only hope was that Dr. Henry Jekyll could invent a hangover cure before the final Confederation Conference.
According to Robert K. Bowfinger, every movie costs $2184, (cash). That was my budget, (adjusted for inflation and currency exchange rates). I've also provided title cards in both English and Canadian French.
