The author of the popular Ussa Nabulsiyeh blog, Sara was meant to give a GeekTalk at GeekFest Dubai but technical hitches got in the way and banjaxed our little scheme.

Sara is currently working in Nablus as a volunteer - and was able to bring the tragic case of little Ola Abu Jarmous to our attention - the Palestinian Chidren's Relief Fund desperately needed to raise $18,000 for urgent life-saving surgery to Ola's brain tumour. We raised $3,000 at GeekFest and made a big old social media fuss and her fund was completed in double quick time.
