The Rat Genome Database (RGD) contains a wide selection of pathway data showing how genes function together to perform diverse biological processes. These biological pathways are categorized by our Pathway Ontology and we provide some effective search tools based on this ontology. This short video shows you how to use the ontology to find pathways, their related genes and visualize the gene's location in the genome.
