This is the second tutorial for my new blog "8mm". This tutorial will guide you through one way of creating a Tilt Shift effect for your video in After Effects, using the ramp effect, expressions, and the lens blur effect.

*So it turns out that if you copy and paste the expression it gives you a syntax error, but if you re-write it word for word it should work. At least this seemed to be the case for me.

The expression used in this tutorial is as follows:
thisComp.layer(“top”).effect(“Ramp”)(“End of Ramp”)
