It was relatively peaceful until about 145am (if you don't count one club manager having to pepperspray his own fighting patrons), when a DPD officer told BD he thought it would be a quiet night. He spoke too soon.

As the incident near Public House was being wrapped up, a large vehicle was driving north on Greenville, nearly running over this same DPD officer crossing the street. Despite repeated orders to put the car in the parking gear immediately, the dude just kept moving his car forward.

The incident and field sobriety test given to the driver were captured on tape. Watching him fail the test is more fun than knowing he failed it with stumbling colors
