My first vacation video shot with my first DV camcorder (Sony PC7, 1997), in Koh Samui Thailand.

This vacation was one of my favorites of all time. I literally did nothing but wake up, eat breakfast, read, drink coffee, go swimming, eat lunch, read, go swimming, drink beer, read, eat dinner, hang out with friends, drink beer, sleep and repeat for five days. Paradise. And the bungalow I stayed in was $3/night and on the beach.

NOTE: This is just a personal video from the end of the last century and is for friends and family. Poor handheld video, gratuitous transitions, a 1997-era consumer DV camcorder and a homebuilt 0.3GHz single core PC with 256MB of RAM and a 13GB HDD all contributed to this amateur effort and I hope you don't hold this against me today!
