This presentation was part of an outreach effort by the Louisiana Seafood Marketing and Promotion Board to bring chefs from all over the South together with fishermen in the Gulf, the White House Chef Cris Comerford, and FDA Commissioner Dr. Margaret Hamburg to learn about the realities of eating and using Gulf seafood in the wake of the 2010 Deepwater Horizon BP Oil Spill.
