The high frame rate videos from the Exilim EX-F1 are a real pain to work with- WMM and Premiere don't like them at all. Final Cut handles them, but my access to a Mac is limited.
(the HD files are even worse, I haven't found anything to play them, they show as green rectangles frequently)
Eventually I found ffmpeg was able to convert the files to mpeg with a bitrate of 2000. Windows Movie Maker still didn't like the files, but I created a project in Premiere and then export a DV AVI that WMM turn into this file.
