CineCita is a travelling cinema and video laboratory.
In october 2010 the colourfull CineCita bus hit the road in the central Andean region. For four months an international team of European and Latin American NGOs travelled through Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia - on board a selected short film programme focusing on womens´perspectives.
Aside from the public open air screenings, video workshops were implemented for girls and young women. Together with the international team they developed their own short non-fiction films and learned how a film is produced.
´CineCita´ is a cooperation project between Europe and Latin America, which involves eight partner organizations from both continents.
