I am a Jew. Abusing someone is not acceptable ever. I mean what ISRAEL is doing to the Arab people of Palestine, When you receive hate from the Nazis and all of them, the human response is with LOVE. The Jewish people need to open their hearts, they need healing. I have hope that they can choose the path of reconcilation. I'd like to take these young people by the hand, to hold them. They are the hope I'm talking about.

Awesome, I am not a Jew, but as a white guy who grew up in apartheid South Africa, I know all about supremacy. You are the most powerful people in the world to bring equality to the Palestinians, and to non-Jews living in Israel. Peace.

I think that the surrender of Gush Katif (in the Gaza strip) delegitimized Israel. Not annexing the territories liberated in 1967 delegitimizes Israel. Freezing Jewish construction delegitimizes Israel. Placing the territorial integrity of the Jewish homeland on the negotiation table delegitimizes Israel.

With the liberated territories as integral part of Israel, Israel will know peace and security -- indeed respectful to itself and to it's neighbors.

I believe that these young enthusiasts who disrupted Netanyahu were sure that they are doing the right thing. Unfortunately, they do not realize that they are playing to the hands of Israels' enemies, who refuse to recognize Israel as a Jewish state. I spoke to several Palestinians; they love the Jewish Left, seeing it as a crack in our unity, our determination to stay in our land. At the same time, they despise them, yes, they do. They hate people like Netanyahu, but at the same time they are afraid of them and respect them. But as for the Jewish Left - they love it and despise it at the same time. I guess nobody respects traitors to his own people, even the enemies. I hope that one day these youngsters will learn the truth.

You are wrong. I am an Arab and Palestinian. I love and respect all people who stand up for truth and justice, especially Jews. The courage they demonstrate and risk they take earns my deepest respect. If zionism is cracked, soon it will be shattered because there is no room in our mother earth for racism.

Interesting, you say that you love and respect all people, even Jews, but at the same time you deny their right to have their own country, be free from thousands of years or persecution and hatred. If the Palestinians would recognize the right of Jews to have their own country, the problem with 'real estate' could be easily resolved. But you hypocritically call it 'racism'.

There is no "right" that Jews or anyone else has to expect they should be able to claim a nation for themselves. And there is ABSOLUTELY no "right" to expect this "home" can be seized at the point of a rifle from those who had long since come to live where your own ancestors had lived long, long ago. That's just insane.
Myself, as a Celt who practices the Old Religion of my ancestors, and who claims that heritage, am also realistic enough to know that I have no "right" to expect the people now living in Wales, should have to pack up and leave because I have now decided to "come home" to the land of my forefathers, my religion, and the lands granted me by my deity.
Yet you somehow think that its normal for you to assume it..... All I can think to say to that is...."WTF is the matter with you?"

thank you to those who stood up to netanyahu and his mob. i applaud your courage and determination. please know that many are with you. while i found it difficult to listen to the words coming out of his mouth and the mindless response of the indoctrinated, i laughed out loud every time one of you stood up and yelled the truth. it just felt right.

I wonder where M. Shapiro gets his notion regarding some inherent "right" that Jews, and perhaps this should apply to other ethnic groups as well, deserve to have a country of their own? Where does he come up with the idea that having control of a parcel of land automatically translates into security from other peoples aggression?

In the first place, if every ethnic group alive claimed the right to exist in a country of their own, There is simply not enough real estate on the planet to accommodate them all. Nations, kingdoms, dynasties and empires all come and go with no inherent *right* to exist in perpetuity. But to then expect this right should apply after a couple thousand years have passed by simply beggars belief in the sanity of such a claimant. And to then somehow think this reoccupation somehow gives them more security than before they decided this "right" should include the use violence to remove the people who had long since settled, planted then tended to the orchards and farms they had come to call "home", is a thought process with no respect for actual logic or rationality. To claim that the occupations of the town, homes and lands of people whom you now castigate and kill for expressing the sense that they have suffered a great wrong; to now claim you are being victimized by the very people whose homes and lives you destroyed...and whom you have kept under virtual lock and key for the half century ever since, is not someone who can expect to see peace and security in their lifetime. Nor do they deserve it.
