SSG Sal Giunta, God bless you son. As the mother of an active duty Infantryman, it was difficult for me to watch this video, but I am glad that I did. My heart goes out to all our brave warriors, and to all the fallen. SSG Sal Giunta you earned the MOH son, you are the face of all our sons bravely fighting and the face of the fallen. God bless you and keep you, you are in my prayers, as are all of those serving in harm's way.
Your comrade Sgt. Joshua Brennan, died with the people who loved him, with his countrymen around him, doing all that they could to save his life. Because of you, he did not die surrounded by his enemies. His family did not have to view videos or photos of their beloved son paraded as a trophy.
