    awww she reminds me of my Bubbie only totally different accents, seeing as yours is scottish and mine is a russian jew. hahahahaahhaha but she would SO do the whole "don't you look nice" with the hand movements and joking.

    She is from Kilmarnock, which I guess is like 20km (ish??) from Glasgow, so... yeah! I guess so!

    Yeah, I think it's easier in the UK - we have the most accents per square mile compared to anywhere in the world. If you go 20 miles in any direction, the accents change slightly. Sometimes less!

    Wow, fabulous. I have Scottish cousins and first-cousins-once-removed, and sometimes I have absolutely no idea what they are saying (of course, they're also 6 and 3). I bet they'll be videotaping me next time I visit and saying things like "you have such a funny accent."
