Kulturcentrum Skåne medverkade i Pascalfestivalen den 1 - 2 november 2010 som genomfördes i Lund. Festivalen vände sig till musik- och kulturskolelärare som arbetar med eller kommer att arbeta med barn och ungdomar med olika funktionsnedsättningar.
Kulturcentrum Skåne deltog med ett stort fortbildningsprogram som innehöll workshops i musik, dans och bild, föreläsningar och flera konserter.

Pascalfestivalen arrangerades av Kulturskolan i Lund, Musikhögskolan i Malmö, Smok och föreningen Pascal.

Kulturcentrum Skåne participated in The Pascal Festival which took place in Lund in the begining of November 2010.
The target audience for the festival was music and culture school teachers who work with or will work with children and young people with disabilities.
Kulturcentrum Skåne participated with a large training program that included workshops in music, dance and art, lectures and several concerts.

The Pascal Festival was organized by The Culture School of Lund, Malmö Academy of Music, Smok, and Association Pascal.
