When I lived in San Diego for a year in 2003, I was in a band. I forgot this video Jakob took even existed until I was cleaning out my office yesterday.

The video and sound quality is terrible, but I'm glad I found it.

    Well done. I really like BF5 but don't really care for Ben Fold's solo work.

    What was the band called? Did you do all covers?

    The band was called Big Backyard. I still sing, but its been over a year since I've performed in public.

    After being a fan for well over 10 years now--I truly think Ben is great with, or without the other band members.

    agreed...music evolves. But the folds/sledge/jesse combo is still, in my opinion, the peak of ben folds' music library. Then again, his fear of pop side project was pretty sweet too...
