This video was part of a DVD titled "The Battle", released by Dunamis Media and Hector Garcia in 2003. It shares a little about the Elevation Flatland events which took place in Houston,Tx from 2000 - 2006. The Elevation events took place successfully for several years and brought flatlanders together from all over the country.

The first event, which was the Houston Flatland Jam, took place in 2000, opening the door for more and more grassroots flatland events around the country.

This video includes a few locals who faithfully helped organize the events each year. Elias Odeh, Pepper Ramirez, Hector Garcia, and Art Thomason give their take on the events and share a little history at the same time.
